Reception

The reception is the frontal reception and welcome service of the “BH Heart Center “, with staff that will make the first contact and communication with you. At the reception you will be welcomed by professional, kind, smiling employees who will provide you with all the necessary information and refer you further to medical departments.

I am Hari and I’ve been in the Center since its founding. I try to encourage patients in their first meeting with the hospital with a friendly approach and a smile.


Kitchen

We pay great attention to nutrition of our patients, and take care of health and nutritional value of foods, as well as their hygienic correctness. We prepare food in ideal conditions, and daily menus are balanced, tasty and pleasantly arranged. Food is transported from the kitchen to hospital departments, and mobile patients are provided with a proper and functional dining room.



Feukić Damir

Head of the Food Preparation Team of the “BH Heart Center“:

I am Damir, the Chief Chef of the Center. My task is to prepare top meals every day for patients.


Hygiene

We pay special attention to the cleanliness of the hospital in order to protect our patients and visitors, and to prevent any kind of infection. We implement a set of hygiene measures and procedures to completely eliminate impurities and microorganisms from hospital objects and surfaces that are in use.



Sabina Lišić

Member of the hygiene maintenance team of the “BH Heart Center“:

I am Sabina and I work on hygiene maintenance in the “Heart Center” with 15 more colleagues. Our task and goal is to maintain hygiene at the highest level.

ROOM FOR VISITS

Luxuriously furnished room for visits is available to our hospitalized patients who can spend pleasant moments there.


CANTEEN

Internal restaurant of the Center for preparation and serving of food and beverages.


KITCHEN

We pay great attention to the nutrition of our patients, and take into account the health and nutritional value of foods, as well as their hygienic correctness.


CAFETERIA

There is also a cafeteria available to visitors, where companions of our patients can relax and pass time in a pleasant atmosphere.


HYGIENE SERVICE

We pay special attention to the cleanliness of the hospital in order to protect our patients and visitors, and to prevent any kind of infection.


LAUNDRY

Service for professional washing, sterilization, drying and ironing of laundry to achieve the gold standard of hygiene.


PRESENTATION HALL

State-of-the-art equipped multimedia room for meetings, education and promotions of new projects.


ADMINISTRATION OFFICES

Non-medical service for efficient office, professional, technical and administrative work.


ARCHIVE

It provides records, care and reliable storage of complete written medical materials and hospital documents.


PARKING

Parking includes more than 100 spaces and is located in the immediate vicinity of the hospital entrance and parking is free of charge.


PRAYERS ROOM

If a patient seeks a place for prayer, the staff of the Center can provide the same, but there is no specially designated room for that purpose.


IT SERVICE

The Service performs the following tasks: installation, maintenance and administration of the computer network, network software and computer equipment, user registration, administration of server and applications used by the Center’s employees.


TECHNICAL SERVICE

It performs maintenance tasks for medical and non-medical equipment, and works on maintenance of objects and equipment.


VEHICLE FLEET

The vehicle fleet of the BH Heart Center Tuzla contains modern and specially equipped vehicles, we transport the patients with or without the attendance of medical personnel.
